It has been brought to our attention that several residents have been experiencing difficulties with the garage fobs at the North Garage door, 10176 Park Meadows Drive. It has been determined today that the garage receiver is out and will need to be replaced. We are working quickly to get this corrected and back up and running. What to expect: Until the repair is completed, your fob will only work to access the garage door if physically swiped. When driving, the grey push button may not work to gain access. We that you please do not exit your vehicle to swipe and then try to beat the door. These doors are on a programmed timer which is set to close when no movement is detected after 8 seconds! If a passenger is with you, please ask them to swipe the fob and then meet you at your unit or another location. Please do not have your passenger run down the ramp and try to beat the garage door.
