The North Garage (10176) Door is scheduled to be repaired on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 beginning at 9AM. The contractor will be installing a patch over the cut in the canvas door. The Garage door will need to be powered down for 24 hours to allow the cement to cure and adhere correctly.
The contractor will return Wednesday morning, December 2, 2020 to verify the operation and turn the power back on. They will also adjust the timers for both doors back to 10 seconds. What if I park in the North Garage? Please make the proper accommodations during this time to relocate your vehicle if needed and or plan to not drive. Once the patch has been adhered to the door, we will not be able to power back on the system for 24 hours. If you use the main garage door to enter or exit on foot/bicycle, please utilize the other exits during this time.
What if I park in the South Garage? If you utilize the South Garage (10184), you will not be impacted by this repair and do not need to relocate your vehicle. Please remember that the set door timers on both North and South Garage doors will be adjusted on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 9am to 10 seconds. If your garage door opener is having trouble, please do not attempt to follow another car in/out or race the door.
